Has anyone faced issues while adding images to closed Jira tickets?

Steps to add an image that I tried -

I suspect your workflow has a "workflow property" set on the "closed" status that says "no one can edit this issue".  It's not an uncommon one to see, especially when people base their workflow on the Jira default one.

I would want to check that with an admin (they'll need to edit the workflow to see it), but if it is true, then the admins can either remove it, or you'll need to re-open the issue, add the data, and close it again.
