Triggering Automation from Bamboo Build Information

So, we have our Bamboo Data Center on-prem that is linked to our Jira Cloud instance. We do get to see all the development info within a Jira ticket, including build status and envs it is deployed to, but I am not able to find any suitable way to automate the status of the linked tickets once we have deployed to certain environments. Additionally Jira Deployment function doesnt seem to work with Bamboo Datacenter the way it works with Gitlab or Jenkins. Any sugggestions on how I can automate ticket transitions based on feedback from Bamboo datacenter?
