Hi,

I am using Jira Core 8.2.3 and JIRA Service Desk 4.2.3 version. I need to provide reports for monthly and weekly basis to my manager via email with attached excel data. I had already created the filter as per monthly and weekly basis. The requirement is that i need to send the total number of ticket and compliance percentage.

I am facing problem on calculate the total no of ticket and compliance percentage.

Also unable to attached the data in excel as per specified column means(Created,Resolved,Summary etc).

Kindly suggest/ show me the steps to write the script on script-runner.
