Hello @Daniel Bravo , check out training paths from Atlassian University; I've listed them in the order someone brand new to Jira should proceed. If you choose to skip the Fundamentals and User paths, I recommend you start with the Managing Jira Projects course in the Jira Project Administration path, then move on to the Jira Administration I and II courses if you need to make configurations beyond project-level. In the admin learning paths, there are additional free and paid courses you can use to supplement the core courses.
Jira Fundamentals: (Free) https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1083901
Jira User: https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1062302
Jira Project Administration ( Fee and paid courses): https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1062303
Jira Administration (Free and paid courses): https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1062304
Jira Service Project Administration (Fee and paid courses): https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1062307
Note that we have an entire short free course dedicated to SLAs for JSM: https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/1062307/activity/1031155
Best Regards,
