Hi all!!

I work as System IT and wea re using JIRA.

I need your help, because I need to learn as I can configure JIRA for my Team.

I need to learn how to create SLA´s, KPI´s , Graphics by IT, Dates.

Basically I need to learn how to modify in JIRA. If you have some manuals for dummies hahaha....

Hello @Daniel Bravo , check out training paths from Atlassian University; I've listed them in the order someone brand new to Jira should proceed.  If you choose to skip the Fundamentals and User paths, I recommend you start with the Managing Jira Projects course in the Jira Project Administration path, then move on to the Jira Administration I and II courses if you need to make configurations beyond project-level.  In the admin learning paths, there are additional free and paid courses you can use to supplement the core courses.

Jira Fundamentals: (Free)

Jira User:

Jira Project Administration ( Fee and paid courses):

Jira Administration (Free and paid courses):

Jira Service Project Administration (Fee and paid courses):

Note that we have an entire short free course dedicated to SLAs for JSM:

Hi, @Daniel Bravo

When I started learning how to work with Jira, I found free courses at Atlassian University. It helped me a lot. Maybe it will help you as well.
