Solution partners - what add-ons/gadgets do you use to support your customers?

How do you use Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Desk to support your customers as solution partners?

 

 

I use Tempo account macros to track project spend in Confluence and story maps in Jira help a lot with project planning.

 

Does anyone have ideas around tracking what tools (and the versions) your customers have?
