Dear Community,
Our team takes care the software development. We use confluence as our knowledge base and maintain the knowledge on continuation basis with detailed info. However, when the user raised an issue/query, still it takes our developer's manual effort a lot to do analysis in the system along with our knowledgebase and clarify to them. Simply user don't/can't go-through the knowledgebase instead will come to IT developer.
To overcome this and make this as an opportunity, we are looking to make a conservational AI based on the knowledge base at first stage before going for the next step. Does anyone have experience on that?
