SSO Integration with Jira Software and BitBucket

Dear Sir / Madam, 

    I would like to know more about how to integrate the SSO if we prefer to use Cloud service of Jira.   Could you give me some advice on this topic ?  

   If there are some users are already using their own email to connect to BitBucket , what if  the SSO on Cloud applied to our organization with the same email domain, will it impact to this group of BitBucket users ?  Please also advice.
