Plan Tasks over various projects

Hi there,

maybe you can share some experience.

We are using JIRA for managing projects.

What is the preferred way, to plan and manage tasks across projects?

We would like to see and plan all tasks in certain projects and have an easy timeline overview, when which tasks are implemented, accross several projects.

What is your experience with any solutions?
