Make a user an organization admin

Hello,

I want to change the Admin of organization, from my old account to another one, can you help please ?

Hi @Abdessamad KAZI ,

If you have access to the other account, then you should be able to do this by going to https://admin.atlassian.com/ then select Settings>Administrator. Here you should be able to add your new account as Org admin. If you do not have access to the account, then you will need to reach out to Atlassian Support at http://getsupport.atlassian.com/

yes i do have acces to both 1st and 2nd account, but the problem is when i acces to https://admin.atlassian.com , i can't find that Settings>Administrator

@Abdessamad KAZI Are you able to see your organization on https://admin.atlassian.com ? If so, then you would see Overview, Directory, Security, Settings and this will be clearly labeled as Organization above. If you do not see this, then probably you are not an organization admin using the credentials you have logged in as.
