Mail not sending to support team

Hi,

We have moved our mail server from rackspace to office 365 and after moving the email is not triggered to support team. But the reporters get email acknowledgement once they created a ticket. I remember we did the smtp setup earlier but I don't see any option now to change it. Can you please help to solve this.
