Look and feel area of settings on cloud

Hi, little bit lost in section of Look and feel in cloud JIRA. I looked in documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/look-and-feel-screen-687022934.html and I definitelly do not see possibility of changing gadget colors and there is just navigation colors setting without any help (checkboxes with color code and preview). Does anybody searched for it aswell?

Do you use some plugin or hack to make it work or extend the setting? Any ideas, please? Thank you. Klara
