Jira not working

Says user has reached too many request and shows a popup saying we are not able to refresh the side bar.

And we are not able to use the search bar too.

What can i do when i face this issue ?

Hi,

We are experiencing the same issue with Jira Service Desk.

Some users cannot see the jira servicedesk queues and when you look at the network tab of the web developer tools you see a HTTP 429 - Too many requests error.

yeah i saw the same response when i faced it.

Now jira is back to normal (Y)

Hi,

Are you using any add-on that loads information on that screen? Usually I got this error when I perform ~50 requests at the same time.
May be it was a temporary problem...
