Instability while using jira cloud

Hi. It's a couple of hours that we impress instability while using jira cloud.

Are there any issues?

jira is not loaded

Our cloud jira is either not loaded at all, or not fully loaded.
All users have a problem.

When trying to send a request to the support, it gives an error
