How to use ScriptRunner to control the customfield(userpicker) is readonly

jira version 8.8

scriptrunner 6.12

We used behavior to set a userpicker field to read-only, but it didn't work .

Is this a bug, or is it used in the wrong way?

Is there any other way to control？
