How do I track individual's delivery?

Edited

I am a commercial manager on an agile software delivery program. We would like to track individual's delivery against their Statement of Works/Work Packages on the JIRA platform.

The only way I can think to do this would be to provide a link to the Statement of Works and ask Delivery Managers provide comments on a Confluence page.

Does anyone have experience of this or have any ideas of how to effectively track delivery?

You could try each statement of work item entered as an Epic, then broken down into Stories.

You could further tag the Stories to versions. You could consider milestones of the SOW as versions, maybe.

If you are using a Scrum project, there are some nice reports out of the box for progress against Epics and versions.

That's a great idea @Kelly Albrecht! Thank you - I'll give that a go
