How can I maintain visibility of a custom field on a screen regardless of who selects "custom Fields

If someone changes the selection of Custom Fields on their screen/form, it doesn't display for another user - how can I lock it on the screen (using JIRA Cloud) to be always visible and available for the users on that specific project?
