I'm setting up our new HR service desk and would love to hear some best practices from the community here ;)
What are the top 3 scenarios as an HR service agent?
What are the most challenging things in your daily work?
One of my goals is to create our HR service. This may also include interaction with other service providers. For example, onboarding a user could include also providing him a laptop (something IT would do).
What is your best practice for these cases? Is it a common case to work with other department?
