GIT hub integration from Jira server to cloud

Hello Team,

Currently we are planning to migrate our Jira software server to cloud. We have few questions regarding GitHub migration. 

I have identified there is GitHub for Jira app available for cloud. Do we need to install this app before migrating server data to cloud and establish connection to GitHub ?

If we install app after migrating server data and establishing connection to GitHub will work.

Kindly provide me any suggestion and best practices.

Hey @Mahesh Kallepalli did you resolve this question? We're also migrating, and want to understand what do we need to do in order to migrate from Server Github integration to Cloud one.
