what is difference between create issue and issue types
for any request type is it necessary to create issue or issue types
Create Issues are used by end user based on the requirement and issuetype is an input to Create issue.
Can you elaborate with an example please..
Issues are the items representing "thing that needs doing". An important part of them is what type they are, it's a description of a shape for the issue, and a lot of the configuration works off it.
If I want to create a set of "bugs", I need my admins to have created the type "bug" so I can choose it when creating issues.
