Create Another Issue is ruined

Jira released another terrible update

When I am creating issues and have the Create Another Issue box checked, the old (and wonderful) behavior was

1- When you save, the newly created issue would be listed on top- this was so helpful because then you could easily copy the link and send it

2- The content in the description would be cleared out so that you could start on the next issue.

in the new terrbile version

1- They no longer show the issue - its' now buried in a link on the bottom and you need to click to see the issues in a new tab 

2- The stuff in the description is not getting cleared out- clearly this is a massive bug

PLEASE put #1 back the way it was and FIX the massive bug on #2

We pay so much money for Jira and they are continually messing up the project by changing basic functionality
