Cloning Issue Multiple times based on Component label

Hi Team,

 Based on Component selection I need to clone the Issue multiple times in another Project with same Issue Type. 

For Eg .

Components : having two three label a, b, c

I need to create three issue(Same or different Issuetype) in another project with component lead as assignee .

Please help me to resolve this.
