If you look for label printing capabilities and not for additional asset management functionality, Better PDF Export can generate any type of custom barcodes and QR codes.

You can find QR code examples in the Template Gallery, search for "QR".

Asset Tracker for Jira works as If you want to able scan the barcode on the labels that print for each of your devices (generated with this add-on) that will tell that what inventory you have in-house and what you are missing. Although for best label printer prefer Brother Printer Support for incredibly convenient to use application.
