We have 1,500 projects and projects are coded with a number (ex; PR123456). Per week at least 2 or 3 projects starting. There are 5 users who are responsible for projects and projects are allocated to them. Currently, we can tag any user to a service desk tickets manually and also assign users for automation for service desk tickets.
Is it possible to create an automation which automatically assign project manager when a user type the relevant project number when they are raising a ticket?
