Atlassian support experience

I have been struggling with our JIRA (Hosted) stability. We have been down for days and still no resolution. To date Atlassian has applied multiple bug fixes, reindexed the database and still my 1500 users are not able to use JIRA. Does anyone have an escalation contact within the business/dev team.

As far as I know, when you have Premium Support, you will get a personal contact at Atlassian. (You may not be happy to hear this, I know.)
