Recently in our company we've faced with a strange situation.
Without any action from us (accounts administrators) 2 sprints (from 2 different teams) disappeared. They have been closed and all issues uncompleted from them were moved to Backlog.
With help from our administrator we've tried to see something in the logs but we didn't managed to see any relevant info.
Have anyone faced something similar? Is there something that we could do in order to avoid any similar situation?
P.S.: as a solution, we've created new sprints and we drag all issues in them.
