📣 We're making some updates to Jira projects on jira.atlassian.com

Hi Community,

In an effort to streamline the way that we document bugs and suggestions in Jira, we will be merging the JSWCLOUD & JRACLOUD Projects that live on jira.atlassian.com (JAC) by moving all the bugs and suggestions from JSWCLOUD to JRACLOUD. From today, JRACLOUD will be the only project in JAC that is used for Jira bugs and suggestions.

Why are we merging the two projects?

Over the years we have made various changes to our product architecture that lead to us having two individual JAC projects that housed bugs and suggestions for Jira. As we continue to evolve the Jira Family, there is no longer a functional need for these items to sit in seperate projects.

How will it impact customers?

There will be no impact to customers. If you are currently watching a Jira bug or suggestion that lived in JSWCLOUD, the link to the JSWCLOUD ticket will automatically redirect to the bug or suggestion in JRACLOUD.

Great @Kate Durnell ! Any plans on moving JAC to 'cloud platform'? 🙃

Hey @Tomislav Tobijas _Koios_

Thanks for your interest in the evolution of JAC. While we have no immediate timelines for moving JAC to cloud, we have roadmapped general availability for 100k users in Jira for next quarter, which is a stepping stone to support our large JAC user base in cloud.

We'll be sure to keep the Community updated with any other changes to JAC.

Thanks,
Kate
