I still see epics (all children are done) that have statusCategory Done and issue status Done, in my backlog view. I can't update the epic status field, as it's not there anymore. Even newly created epics, do show up in the backlog view when in Done state.
The referenced announcement at the beginning of this post, is refering to company-managed. This post thread though, is not mentioning company-managed. We are using team-managed.
Does this change imply that it's no longer feasible to display epics from other projects (with child issues in my project) in the Epic Panel of my project ?
How do I view ALL tickets in the Backlog view? By selecting ALL epics as well as the "issues without epic" from the Epic panel?
If that's the case, then how do I view the tickets under a single / specific epic in the same Backlog view? Currently it seems I have to deselect all epics, and then select that specific epic which is super counterintuitive - unless I'm missing something?
I used to be able to view all tickets if I hadn't selected any epic (so, 'none selected' state showed all tickets before) - and could view all tickets under an epic by simply selecting that specific epic.
Thanks for your help. Hope all's going well :)
[UPDATE]
Figured it out: apparently I had a quick-filter applied. Fixed by "Clearing filters". Might be worth considering making that (when a filter is ON) more prominent visually.
