Jira Workflow For COVID-19 Tracking

ProForma COVID-19 Workflow.png

Bringing your teams back to in-person work during a pandemic can be a challenge. There are a lot of risks and responsibilities you wouldn’t normally have to think about. But here we are - in a pandemic.

Many organizations have shifted to having their employees work remotely. However, that’s not always optimal or even possible. For those of us who are looking to bring our teams back on site, looking after their well-being has never been more important.

We need to minimize exposure while still getting our work done. We need to create an environment where employees can feel confident that showing up to work won’t mean putting themselves and their families at risk.

If you’re already using Jira to manage business, IT or software tasks, why not also use it to manage the return to in-person work?

We published a COVID-19 Tracking Workflow on the Marketplace so Jira users can start monitoring the corona virus situation in their offices. You can combine this workflow with automation to assign and update statuses depending on various risk factors.

If your organization is starting to bring more people back on site, click below to learn more about using the tools you already have (Jira!) to help track and manage COVID-related risks.
