can't create new account "This site has already taken"

Hi,

This is my first try to create an Atlassian site  but I can't. when I write "otokontrol" for mysite place, I will get error like "otokontrol.atlassian.net" This site has already taken.

but I'm pretty sure this site name is not taken. Because I tried many variations and always got the same error.

my suggestion is to contact the support team via  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ ? They can enable the site for you.

Have you tried doing this on another browser, or on incognito mode?

It could be a cache issue or similar.
