The 'Hide completed issues older than' function for Kanban Boards

tobias November 22, 2024

Hi,

The function 'Hide completed issues older than' also hides issues with the status "To Do" that hasn't been updated the within the last X weeks (depending on the settings).

If I disable that function, all the issues are displayed. We've started noticing this behavior within the last few weeks.

Did this function change behavior in a recent Jira update?

We can solve it with a sub-filter, but I prefer if the function worked correctly.Skärmavbild 2024-11-22 kl. 13.55.36.png

Thank you for the suggestions.
I found the issue. For some reason, the status "To Do" no longer belonged to any category in the global status settings.

No idea why it suddenly lost that.

Hello @tobias

I am not having that experience with my Kanban boards (for Company Managed Software projects in Jira Cloud).

Do you have any filters activated on your board?

Hi @tobias

Please make sure that any issues marked as "To Do" don't have a resulting set.

Best regards

Sam
