Hi @Temur Khalilov , to be clear notifications under the bell icon don't correlate 1:1 with email notifications. Emails aside, have you seen a scenario where a specific event shows as a bell icon badge for one user but not another? When that happens check the individuals personal notification config under their avatar. if all of the configurations for both users are the same then you might report the condition to Atlassian support.
