Smart Value in Automation for Jira with Tempo Accounts Field

Hi everyone! Does anyone have an explanation for why Automation for Jira does not allow me to test the value of the Account field in an "if" using a Jira Smart Value (specifically {{fieldChange.from}})? Please see the screenshot below. The "Value" drop-down highlighted in yellow will not accept a Jira Smart Value. I've done this with other field types, including custom field in dozens of other automations. Any insight would be helpful.

Tempo's technical support doesn't think this is something they need to answer and the Tempo developer "community" on Slack where I was pointed to by them apparently isn't monitored.

Thanks!

Hello, Good day. Please check if your issue is similar to : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-1143. If you are not Jira admin try with a Jira admin account.

Hi Mohanraj-

I am a Jira Administrator as well as a Site and Org. admin. The accounts are populating (see screen shot below), but the issue I'm having is the inability to use smart values in the "Value" as part of an Issue fields condition. This only happens with the Tempo "Accounts" field.

Thanks!
