Slack integration for Jiras created through a form say they are created b y the Project Lead

Hi, when someone creates a new Jira from a form in a Work Management project, and Slack notifications are turned on for Issue Created, the slack notifications show the creator of those Jiras as the Project Lead and not the Reporter listed in the Jira. Is this the best place/way to report this issue?

Could you confirm if the issue creator in JWM is also the Project Lead? If so, it seems to be a product improvement or a bug, which should be reported to Atlassian through Support Ticket.

Is the creator of the issue only wrong in the message sent through Slack, or is the project lead set as the reporter of the issue in Jira?

Also, is this form an Issue Collector or another kind of implementation?

hi Camilo, the person who submitted the form correctly shows as Reporter on the created Jira. It's only in Slack that shows it incorrectly.

The Form is a feature of JWM.
