My team and I are trying to access our space, but we keep getting the same screen:
Page Unavailable. When trying to contact support and paste the link to our space, it says that Page not exist. ??
Can you help? Does anyone experienced the same? How in this case even possible to contact the support?

Was your site using Free product subscriptions or a paid product subscriptions?
When was the last time you or any other user successfully accessed the product?
If your product subscriptions were Free and the site had no activity for an extended period of time, then it would've been deactivated. The Organization Admins and Technical/Billing contacts for the product would've received email warnings about that before the product was deactivated.
If the products are paid subscriptions, are your payments up to date? Can you view the Billing page under https://admin.atlassian.com and see your site/products listed? If your payments could not be processed, that is another reason a product/site might be deactivated.

Then this could be possibly the site got suspended for a specific reason. Can I get the site name?

We really do not understand what could happen. we may terminate the payment but that was not intentional more operational mistake.

Hello, thanks. I noticed that mid of September the payment was cancelled which caused the site de-activation. If you to find out about your options raise a ticket with our billing team at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

I have tried but to be honest don't understand why. When I choose Billing team, the only option is available is a push back to my account. Or to contact Tech team. Please see Screenshot.
