Hi! My company uses Jira Software and we've just started using Jira Work Management.
The work management project I've created is a team-managed one and for some reason I'm not receiving any email notifications associated with the issues/tasks. I do for Jira Software and I've checked the notification settings and everything is ticked to say I should receive notifications within Jira and via email... but still nothing.
Has anyone got an answer to this? Thank you so much in advance!

What are the activities that are occurring in the Team Managed project for which you are not getting emails?
Who is executing those activities; you or other users?
Are you associated to the issues in some way; as the Reporter, Assignee, or Watcher?
Have you reviewed the Notifications settings (under Project Settings) for the project to confirm it is configured in such a way that you would receive notifications for those activities?
