Some users of my organisation have the feeling that they done some modifications few times ago on tickets (file attached, comments, details,...) but they have not been saved.
So they have to redo the job.
Are you aware of some typicals situation that may be involved ? I think about users working at the same time on same tickets perhaps. Is there other situations?

Hi Celine,
I am not aware of instances like that. They can do a quick check after that save it by just refreshing the screen. Also, they should provide you with details whenever that happens and not just "feelings" :-)
