Hi Kostas - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Can you share a screenshot of what it looks like when you click on the Product Selector icon (multi dots).
Yes, you should enable Jira Software. That's probably why Jira Work Management is not working.

When you say you try to access Work Management, where are you accessing it from?
Is this just from your browser's URL bar? Could it be your JSM instance is the "default" location it points to?
Or are you saying Work Management features are unavailable to you?

In Jira i have jira work managemnt standard paln for 16 users and jira service free for 3 users , confluence for 16 users . from the menu where i can acces all apps (the dots upper left) i choose work management and it always goes to service management .
As i mention i can still see all projects i have . I want to mention that i have removed jira software . does this has to do anything ?
thank you

Strange - it shouldn't do that.
Have you tried...
...just in case this is related to one of those?

Perhaps a screenshot though could also help us, as @John Funk has suggested :)

We're not Atlassian team members, just volunteer Community Leaders who are normal users like yourself!
Some Atlassian team members are on the Community (they have an "Atlassian Team" flair) - but the easiest way to contact them is https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
I would contact support; JWM should point to a filtered view of the Projects list and not JSM.
