Jira work management projects allow you to customize the columns displayed on the list view tab of a project. But they appear to revert to a set of default columns for each new user session. Is there a way to save those selections, by individual or for all users of the project?
Hey Tim - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Atlassian is aware of the issue, and I believe they are working on it.

Hi @Tim Young
the columns of JWM's list view are current per user. The issue has been raised a couple of times before, but I don't know if there are any plans to change this.
Best,
Hannes

Tim, I acknowledge that this problem in itself may not justify a Marketplace app, but just to put this out there: If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, this would work as expected in the app that my team is working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, (nested) issue grouping, sum-ups, or conditional formatting - plus, column settings are shared across all users by default :)
This is how it looks in action:
JXL integrates into the sidebar (or in JWM: top-bar) of a project, so it's easy to discover to all team members. Another advantage is that JXL works in (and across) projects of any type - be it JWM, Jira Software, or Jira Service Management.
Hope this helps,
Best,
Hannes

Hi @Tim Young welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Interesting question. The view you've configured personally should remain available to you.
It may indeed be cleared with a new user session, but I would expect the cookies to remember the list view "configuration".
I suggest to submit a support request with Atlassian directly as I don't find any confirmation about this in the documentation.
