Can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing?
What type of project are you using? You can get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Can you provide a screen image from the Billing page that shows you have a Premium subscription for the product? Make sure to obscure confidential information like the URL for your site.
