unable to connect market

our JIRA instance is hosted on windows servers and the servers are listed as high secure side hence required to reach market place through the proxy setting.

updated the proxy settings in the setenv.bat file manually but unable to reach the market place through the JIRA.

Please guide me how to get this fixed?

There is not a lot we can help you with here.  This problem is entirely one of your network, not Jira.  You need to configure your network to allow Jira to reach the marketplace.

setenv.bat is the only place where we the proxy settings needs to be updated for outbound proxy?

Yes, you shouldn't need to amend anything else in Jira if you're using an outgoing proxy.
