I would like to add Instructions to an Issue Type, so that Users can execute a process without errors (or at least minimize the errors).
I know I can use the Field Descriptions to do part of this, but would like the procedure instructions in one place in the issue.
My thinking is to create a read-only field that contains all the process instructions, and will automatically appear when creating the Issue. But any other suggestions that accomplish the same goal are welcome.

I have the JIRA Tools plugin but cannot seem to find the message field (looked in Custom Fields and also Administration/System page).
I am using JIRA Core 7.2 Server.
I have looked in the support section and there doesn't seem to be any references to message field after v6.3. Could it have been eliminated?
I think it is the JIRA tools plugin that has a message field that allows that.
