failure during connection to Jira

hi ,

after trying to insert my Jira link into the query i get this error:

i made sure i can download it using the same link using webpage.

can you direct me to what should i do in this case?

it exist , as i stated when i use the same link in my browser, they file is getting downloaded with no issue.

@ronny gordonI  suspect that something is blocking  connection  so  in the excel  spreadsheet,

try   File > options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > External Content

under security  settings for data connection choose  enable all data connection  

and see whether this helps.

didnt help :(  thanks.  i'll try to go snoop around the project permissions.
