can any one tell me how to restrict the email Notifications to all the users in JIRA .

we are USING Testing for  JIRA .Implementing Orcale cloud HCM Core HR . we are trying to to restrict notifications to particular emails 

can you suggest me how to restrict to send the group of Notifications in particular time or date. so that they can get notification one time every day.

There's no way to do this on Cloud, although batched emails are coming to Server 8.
