Hello!
Our Organization has the Cloud, premium versions of JIRA and the standard version of Confluence.
Do we have a daily backup service in both cases?
Thank you so much. All the best
Hello @Eduardo García Moreno
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
A couple of more pointers for you on this topic.
Thanks

Hello @Eduardo García Moreno ,
Atlassian follows the Cloud Security Shared Responsibility Model. It assumes that Atlassian is responsible for managing the performance and uptime of its applications and infrastructure. The customer’s data is the obligation of the customer. Atlassian recommends its users back up their data. Here is the quote from Atlassian Security Practices: “We do not use these backups to revert customer-initiated destructive changes, such as fields overwritten using scripts, or deleted issues, projects, or sites. To avoid data loss, we recommend making regular backups.” (https://www.atlassian.com/trust/security/security-practices#physical-security)
I represent GitProtect.io - a backup and disaster recovery software for Jira (Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Jira Work Management) and Bitbucket. Confluence is on the way. We have prepared an in-depth article about Jira backup, which explains what you need to pay attention to planning your backup strategy: https://gitprotect.io/blog/jira-backup-best-practices/

Hi @Eduardo García Moreno welcome. Here are some articles I found about backups. Sounds like Atlassian is backing up the data, but it may be wise to make your own backups as well.
