Worklog Assistant for Jira: Configure (Error)

When i try a test connection, I recieve an Error that says "Jira requires the SOAP API to be enabled on your JIRA Instance" The SOAP API is enabled by default in my JIRA 5.1, I wonder why i fail to make a conection. Any Suggestions

When something tells you that the SOAP API needs enabling, it means it's either turned off or the external program is unable to reach it because it's incompatible or firewalled off.

Your log files will tell you a lot more. If in doubt, I'd also enable Jira's "soap log" under the logging options, but if the problem is a firewall, or SOAP being off, then it won't log anything at all.
