Will JIRA notifications be sent to users deactivated in Crowd?

Will JIRA continue to send email notifications (like notifications to reporter/assignee/watchers) to users which are deactivated in Crowd?

Using JIRA 6.4.6 + Crowd 2.8.2

Hello Rahul,
No, as they have no access to JIRA, they won't receive the notifications according to your Notification Scheme.
