Why does UPM want to downgrade?

I just finished a clean install of Jira 8.1.0. When I go to Manage Addons, UPM reports an upgrade available. The installed version of UPM is 4.0.1 and it reports the latest version as 3.0.3. What gives?

Hi Jeff,

Sorry for the inconvenience, we currently tracking this problem in UPM-5985

So far I believe this is only affecting Jira 8.1.0 installations for this specific plugin.  For the time being I would recommend ignoring that update request.  I'm honestly not sure what would happen to the UPM to try to downgrade from a 4.x version to a 3.0.3 as suggested by the UPM itself.
