Where can i see JIRA default fields?

hi all,

i'm trying to figure out where can i see all the JIRA default fields? i know how to view the custom fields but is there a option just like this so that i can get a better understanding.

Is due date a custom field?

Due Date is a standard field. There is no definite list of standard fields I think but you can see them all if you check a field configuration. All the fields, barring the ones that you see under Administration > Custom Fields, are standard fields.
