What's happening with Atlassian Documentation?

Jeff Berndt May 15, 2019

I keep trying to visit Atlassian Documentation via the Help menu in Jira, and it keeps saying "Something went wrong.

We're moving mountains to get it sorted.

View our status page and subscribe for
service updates."

But the status page says everything is operational (except Atlassian Documentation isn't one of the things the status page reports on).

When can I expect to be able to read Atlassian's Jira documentation again?

I learnt a long time ago that Atlassian's help documentation is well indexed by Google so it is often quicker going to Google. typing "Atlassian" then your search term for help.

I have not tried to use the in product help for over 8 years.

Is there any place to go to report issues with Atlassian's documentation?  The Cloud documentation is SERIOUSLY lacking.

For example, there is no cloud equivalent to this page:
