Tracking time spent per developer in kanban

I have created a kanban project.

How do I add the 'Time Spent' field onto issues so that developers can log time spent against specific issues?

  1. Make sure the time tracking fields are in the screens used by your project
  2. Make sure the users have "Log Work" permissions under project permissions
